If the order has been placed before 2pm Eastern standard time your items will be shipped within 48 hours. If any products occur any delays past the estimated time of arrival, we will notify you via phone & email and provide you with new arrival time. Dates posted on the website are estimate only and can change, however we will notify you if there are any delays and provide you options.
Carrier tracking will be automatically sent to you by email. For any reason if you do not get your items within 3-14 business days, you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Most small parcel items will be shipped by one of these two carriers and your items will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
All large items will be sent through LTL carrier (Less truck load) and customer will be notified via phone and appointment will be setup before delivery date. Shipped items will be delivered to your front door, lobby, service area or any dry area location. (Inside delivery must be specified before the delivery date and may not be offered by certain carriers).
For large items, the shipping carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment for deliver. Generally, appointment windows are 2-4 hours and between Monday-Friday during 8-6pm.
On all items, please inspect during delivery times. If you noticed anything that is damage, please notify us immediately. Make sure to send us a picture of the damaged item and send us an email explaining what was damaged and we will provide a replacement or return.
